DDR Builders started in 1994 as a full service carpentry contractor serving southeastern Wisconsin. Owner Dave Lundberg, being a carpenter by trade, has always focused on Quality and Good Craftsmanship.
In 1997 DDR purchased a lot in Caledonia and built its first “Spec Home”. DDR’s philosophy was to build a good Quality home with a price that would make it great Value in the market place. The plan worked. The “Spec Home” was sold before it was finished.
That same philosophy has carried through the years making DDR Builders a respected Home Building Leader in the Racine County Area building 10 to15 single family homes per year and with over 100 homes and happy customers to date.
